When will my Inbound Logistics subscription begin?
Print subscriptions are processed within 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of your order. Digital edition subscriptions are processed within 4-6 weeks after receipt of your order.
Why do I have to keep filling out subscription forms?
In order to mail the magazine to you without charge, we must comply with postal and other audit regulations. These rules require us to get updated information from you each year. This keeps our address files current, and helps editors create content that best meets your needs.
What is my subscriber account number?
Your subscriber account number is the seven digit numeric code located above your name on the magazine label.

How do I change my mailing address?
To change your mailing address, please use our Online Change of Address Form.

Please note that because we prepare mailing labels far in advance, we need at least eight weeks notice to ensure uninterrupted service of your Inbound Logistics subscription. Please be sure to give us both your old address (exactly as it appears on your magazine label) and your new address when making an address change.
What should I do if I didn't receive an issue?
Let us know about a missed issue by emailing subscriber services directly. We'll mail a replacement copy if it's in stock. We cannot be responsible for replacing missing issues from lapsed subscriptions without charge.
I changed my address already, why is Inbound Logistics still being sent to my old address?
We prepare the mailing labels for our magazines far in advance. When you contact us to change your address, your request is processed immediately. However, the change sometimes doesn't take effect for one to two issues because those labels have been pre-addressed.
How can I order back issues of Inbound Logistics Magazine?
Contact us if you're looking for issues you've missed. Back issues (if in stock) cost $10 each except for the January Planner issue ($50) and July 3PL issue ($30). Delivery is via U.S. mail.
Will my name be added to other mailing lists?
Inbound Logistics respects your privacy and we do not release your email or telephone information. However, Inbound Logistics sometimes finds other products, services or events that would be of interest to our readers. In such cases, we allow select companies to access our mailing list. If you would prefer not to receive mail like this, please send us a request to remove your name from our promotional file.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may choose to cancel your subscription at any time.
